The Hospitality Program is designed to give you real world experience in every aspect of running an eco-resort and events company. You will design, manage, and improve elements of everything from social media marketing, guest booking, on-site reception, concierge services, food and beverage systems, exit surveys, and general business administration in order to maximize the guest experience of Kalu Yala.
